Our policies page will provide you with all of the information you will need when planning a stay with us as well as our privacy policy which details our commitment to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our guests.

Guest Conduct

If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.


Check-in is anytime between 3:00 pm and 6:00pm. If arriving outside of normal check-in hours, please call ahead to make arrangements. Each guest must check-in at the Front Desk, provide a credit card imprint or cash deposit for incidental charges, and complete the required registration form.


Check-out is 11:00 am. We require each guest to check-out individually at the Front Desk. If you wish, the Front Desk will assist in reviewing your Account.


To guarantee a reservation at the Mills Park Hotel, a valid credit card is required at time of booking your reservation. Guaranteed reservations at Mills Park Hotel must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Note: Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.


The Mills Park Hotel is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our guests. Your personal information is handled according to the following Privacy Policy

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

What information are we obtaining from you during your stay?
When you register at the front desk, you are asked to supply the following required information: Last Name, First Name, Address (business or personal) and Phone Number. We also ask that you supply the following additional information: Make of Vehicle and Plate Number (if you drove here), how you are paying for your stay, and, if you are paying by cash or debit card, your Drivers Licence number.

How we obtained your personal information.
The information has been collected directly from you, either from information supplied while making the reservation, information supplied through a previous stay and retrieved from guest history, or from providing the information upon check-in.

What we do with your personal information.
The personal information collected from you is saved in a guest history database. Whenever you phone in to make a reservation, this information is available to the reservation clerk. This helps speed up the time it takes to make your reservation. Guest history also tells us other information from your previous stays (date, type of room, package, etc.). This information enables the hotel to better meet your personal preferences from previous stays. From time to time, the Mills Park Hotel will mail out information on specials to guests who have stayed at the hotel in the past. The use and disclosure of your personal information is limited to within our business. The Mills Park Hotel does not sell or share your personal information with others.

We will protect your personal information.
Your information is used only by hotel employee with appropriate access. The information is stored in a database that requires proper authentication to access. Printed information is not kept and any personal information that is printed is disposed of using appropriate safeguards (shredding).

Your right to access your personal information.
You can, with satisfactory verification, be provided with your personal information held in our files. There are certain legal exceptions to your right of access and should your request fall into such a category, you will be informed of the reason.


Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transitions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Reservation Nexus never sells or shares your personal information without your permission.

A copy of our policies will also be sent to you upon reservation confirmation.
